Got my full KES 36,000 deposit back in 5 days with an itemised inspection report. When the borehole pump broke, water was back the next morning. Rent went up once in 4 years and he gave 3 months' notice.

Good building but the lift was out for 2 weeks in September and updates were slow. Water bills sometimes arrive late.

Fair point, Kevin. The lift part came from South Africa and I should have updated everyone weekly. Water bills now go out automatically on the 1st through PamojaHomes.
